The general focus and topic of the scheduled date
Participants:
The listed participants are required to attend. Names of individuals
in italics are not required, but are certainly invited
to attend as possible.
Materials:
Participants are asked to always bring their manuals and materials
to each session.
In addition, when
working on-site at an individual school, individual, small groups
and classes of students might be required for demonstration
and practice. The hosting school is requested to arrange for
students and a room to accommodate the visiting staff from other
project schools.
Inclement Weather Policy:
The Laboratory for IC Teams follows the host district's inclement weather schedule. If the school in the host district is closed due to inclement weather, then the Lab training will be cancelled for that day. In the case of delayed school openings, the Lab's start time for training is delayed by the same time period as the schools' opening time in the host district. So for example, if the Lab's training is scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m., but schools in the host district have a 2-hour delayed opening, then the start time for the Lab's training would be 10:30 a.m., etc. However, the staff at the Laboratory for IC Teams always asks that training participants use their best judgment when traveling and consider their safety to be the highest priority.
