Schedule of Training & Technical Support

Date: Dates of technical support (see below)

Time: All trainings will be held from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Location:
Central Location - indicates that a centrally located district will be asked to host the session so that all participating districts can attend

Note: The selected on-site school is required to provide a suitable room/ location to accommodate the visiting staff from other project schools. Directions to sites are designated by blue links

Topic: The general focus and topic of the scheduled date

Participants: The listed participants are required to attend. Names of individuals in italics are not required, but are certainly invited to attend as possible.

Materials: Participants are asked to always bring their manuals and materials to each session.

In addition, when working on-site at an individual school, individual, small groups and classes of students might be required for demonstration and practice. The hosting school is requested to arrange for students and a room to accommodate the visiting staff from other project schools.

Inclement Weather Policy:
1. If all counties are closed ­ no training takes place.
2. If the host county is closed ­ no training takes place.
3. If the host county is on a delay the training will take place starting late (1 hour or 2 hour delays).
4. If the host county is open but your county is closed, please use your judgment about whether you choose to attend. Safety first! You can always make up time missed.
